The faucet I purchased was to replace the one that was installed from the factory. The plastic piping split at the seams causing a leak. I am not sure if it froze during the winter as I am having the same issue with my outdoor shower. We love the finish of the faucet and wanted to keep the same kind in our camper. I saw the company name on the faucet and looked you up online and was able to order the exact replacement at a reasonable price. The shipping of the new faucet was fast and communication with your company was a good experience. Unfortunately your company did not supply the outdoor shower or I would be placing another order. We purchased our Dura Faucet to replace the factory one in our 2004 Cougar 5th wheel. I love the satin finish, but mostly I like the 'J' faucet. The factory faucet was not very tall and impossible to get the thermos under to rinse it out. The Dura Faucet came with everything we needed to replace the old faucet with and it was a very easy process. While we were on our last trip we looked at some new rvs at a show in Flying Flags Park, Buellton CA. A 5'er there had a Dura adjustable shower handle. My wife being short complained about our fixed mount always being too high in our 2008 Cougar. I checked out hardware and it is Dura, so the simple solution was to order the adjustable rod from you. I mounted it and it works great.

My faucet split from freezing, Although the water was drained, there must have been water in the neck of the faucet. I chose Dura because it was the first one I found when I searched for RV faucet. Happy with the faucet but would order metal vs plastic if I did it again. Faucet looks nice!

At first I had some trouble getting my order in cause you were updating your web site.  You responded quickly to me with an apology under those circumstances and I thank you very much for that. 

I was looking for a new faucet because mine was leaking.  I went to an RV dealer for a replacement and believe me those faucets they had on hand didn't come as close as the one from "Dura".  I could see and feel the difference between the brands they had in stock. The new faucet is very similar to the one I had which blends perfectly with the decor of the bathroom.

We were purchasing a new faucet because where we live (full time RV’rs) the water is very hard and it ruined the look and function of the faucet. We have since put in a water softener and we liked the faucet so well because of the oil rubbed finish and durability under normal conditions that we matched the original, which was the same Dura faucet. Ordering on-line from the Dura web site was extremely easy and the item was delivered with out any problems.
